Lesson 3

• As part of this lesson, you will be doing your own experiment at home to see the functions of a stem. You will need a whole piece of celery, food coloring, and a tall, clear glass or vase. Watch the following video to help you get started.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQV4ParOLbc

•  Keep the celery in the water overnight. Write your observations the next morming in your notebook.
